Shipping policy

At PureCredo, we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and safely. Our team works hard to provide fast processing and reliable shipping so your products arrive as soon as possible.

Shipping Overview

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
    Processing time does not include delivery time.

  • Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your package has shipped.

  • Items in your order may arrive separately, as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure product quality and fast delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, and other unforeseen factors may affect actual delivery time. PureCredo is not responsible for delays caused by international carriers or customs agencies.

Shipping Updates

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you do not receive your confirmation right away, please don’t worry—your items will still arrive within the delivery window shown at checkout.

Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Item Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier first, as they may have additional information.

  2. If you still cannot locate your package after contacting the carrier, reach out to us at info@purecredo.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order was delivered to a P.O. Box, please note that PureCredo is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions (extreme temperatures), theft, or handling at the pickup location.

For damaged items delivered directly to your address, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
