Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include a tracking number showing that the item has been returned to us.

Please note that several types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items returned due to an error on PureCredo’s part (incorrect or defective products) will receive a full refund.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been shipped back to us, refunds typically take up to 4 weeks. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return package to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your:

  • Order number

  • Details of the item you wish to return

We will respond promptly with the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • PureCredo will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.).

  • In all other cases, you are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Claims

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If there is an issue with the product, visit our Support Center or contact us for assistance with the return process.

When We Offer Returns & Refunds

Wrong Product

If you received the wrong item, contact us at info@purecredo.com with photos.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once tracking is active, we will send a replacement immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to:

  1. Submit a return for the item you have.

  2. After your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like.
